SVC and COVID-19

  • As we are such a tiny space inside the café, we have decided to operate as a takeaway for the time being.
  • We want you & us to remain safe. You are welcome to sit at the outside tables, but please stick to the social distancing guidelines.
  • Contactless card payments are preferred, but we do take cash. We wash our hands after every cash transaction.
  • Please place your order at the ice-cream hatch & collect from the table at the front door.
  • We also ask that you take your rubbish with you. This lessens the risk of spreading the virus. All the takeaway containers are 100% compostable, including cup lids & can go in your green bin.
  • You can call us on 01663 745548 to pre-order your takeaway.
  • You may still have to wait for your order to be ready if the kitchen has other orders to fulfil.
  • Any drinks pre-ordered will be made on your arrival & will not be made in advance.
  • We are sorry, but the loo will not be available to customers & is for staff use only.
  • Please do not make us feel awkward by asking to use it.
  • Please know that our 5-star rating is extremely important to us. We have very strict cleaning protocols in place to protect both us & you.
